    Default Do I need a Striped Bass Stamp if I fish in the O'Neil Forebay?
    Basically what the title asks. I am kinda confused on if I need a particular sport fishing stamp if I fish in the O'Neil forebay. The forebay is located in Merced county right next to the San Luis reservior. It would be helpful if you can also post the fishing hours as well. Thanks!
