Fly Fishing Reel Doesn't retract line?

My reel won't retract line back into the spool. It clicks when I pull out line. And it lets me tighten the spring by turning the knob on the side. But when I pull the lever nothing happens. When I turn the smaller inside knob it releases the spring. Not sure what kind of reel it is, doesn't say anything on the reel.

their might be a knot in the line if it is not that try unraveling the line and then put it back that should help if not go to cabelas they are really nice and will help you there
