i'm from michigan! never caught a muskie before, but i know a lot of guys who have. theyre know as "the fish of a thousand casts" because no matter what bait youre using, youll spend a lot of time fishing for them!
most guys use big rapalas or crank baits. nothing is really too big for a muskie. topwater buzzbaits are successful as well. for live bait, snell a 12 inch sucker on a pike bobberand wait one out.
