Not really. Lots of trouble to clean and debone them. They have a special "Y" bone in their meat that is a nuisance. And their meat is not all that good even after you marinate it to lower the oil content of the meat.

I recommend that you release the muskies. Keep the walleye for the table. The walleye are delicious. They are worth the trouble.
