...eater...? I have a filter, but the 3 fish are getting little white spots on them and it doesn't look good. What do i do??

It would help to know what kind of catfish and algae eater.
It sounds like they've got ich. The best treatment is simply raising the water temperature to 82 F and leaving it there for at least a week. These fish can stand higher temps for short periods. but should be able to survive at 82 indefinitely.
