Is fishing in Daytona Beach good fishing around this time?

Ok so we are supposed to go fishing tommorrow, Thursday Arp 17th but I am not sure where to go. Daytona beach looks like a nice place and we arent trying to travel far. Is the Daytona Beach fishing good around this time of year?
