does a 14 yr old in fl. need a liscence to fish from a beach shore???

i am going to venice beach soon and i was wondering if i need a liscence to fish from the shore.
it would only be catch and release. not keeping them. if so how much is one and where can i get one?? thank you.

Catch and Release will not make the difference you'll need one buttttt, not until ya' reach 16 . As for gettin' ya' one when that time comes, just bout' any tackle shop will have them also, you can pick one up at "Wally World" aka Walmart. Hope this helps and "Fish On" ... < ' ( (( > <
