Default What kind of fish are in Alondra Park Lake, Redondo Beach?

Is it worth going to fish at this lake/reservoir? It is an L.A. County fish supplied lake, and I needed to know what kind of fish is in it. Located at Prairie Avenue & Manhattan Beach Blvd., behind El Camino College, Lawndale/Redondo area.
