is this a good introduction for an essay? (problems of the fishing industry in BC)?

Have you ever wondered why markets are selling less and less fish in BC? Well, that is because the fishing industry is enduring many problems as of today, and possibly the future. For example, many problems they are facing is the destruction of fish habitat, the rise of the temperature, and oil spills from the mining industry.
