Where is the best place to buy a siamese fighting fish in Vancouver Canada?

I don't like Petcetera or Big Al's by the looks of them the Bettas in those 2 places look under the weather and under weight.

Does anyone know of a good place to buy one?

pj's pet in richmond beside superstore, you could also go to the pet habitat but i do not recommend that place it is in richmond center

Pet Habitat is the answer, and I like how they manage their business. Also the fish is always in good condition and not sick.
