where the best place to fishing in Delta california?

Hi all the best anglers,fisherman....i am really into fishing but i am confused where to go for fishing around the Delta in northern california such as Antioch,Vallejo,Richmond...
i have no boat so i only rely on pier or place i could reach by walk or drive...
what kind of baits good for striper,sturgeon,flounder,catfish...
plz someone help me...and THX so much

Use ta' fish out of Rio Vista (Sturgeon & Stripers). I always fished from our boat, however there be a lot of of fishin' from the banks with good results. My targeted fish was Stripers and Sturgeon.
