What is best pet shop in vancouver, BC, Canada to buy fishes from?

I want buy fishes from a pet shop in vancouver BC. And that store would have huge varieties of fishes, these are the fishes i want to buy - Tinfoil barb, Angels, Silver Dollar, Pearl gourami, Paradise fish( 1st tank 48x18x18 inches ). Tiger barb, Green tiger barb, Rosy barb and Melon barb ( 2nd tank 30x12x12 inches ). Moor, Comet, Lion head and Goldfish (3rd tank 30x12x12 inches ). Ram chichlid, Guppy, Bleeding Heart tetra and Black molly ( 4th tank 24x12x12 ). And do we haaaave to put water conditioner and a heater for all of the fishes, If yes for which ones. And can I put hydrogen peroxide instead of conditioner, because in India i use to put hydrogen peroxide and i never used a heater and the fishes were fine. And can i put hydrogen peroxide in water it kills the fungus and kills bacteria and diseases. Do the tap water contains chlorine which is harmful for fishes and can hydrogen destroy it. And can any one tell things that i will need for fishes.
