Where Can I Fish For Carp Anywhere Near Dawlish/ Dawlish Warren ?

I go on holiday every year to Devon and stay in holiday parks in Dawlish warren. I am really looking for a place to catch carp there as this is were i have my PB of 22lb 7oz unfortunatley this was on a holiday camp we no longer go to as you have to be a resident to fish on the lake. I am hoping that someone can give me the name of any Carp Fisheries within a 40 min Drive of Dawlish
