whats the best blood bait/bollie ingredients and directions for catfish and or carp?

I need to know the best blood bait and bollie for catfish and carp.i was is it possible to mix both or make a boillie with chicken liver blood.also it would be nice if i get complete descriptive ingredients and directions because ive never made a boillie or blood bait.also i don't know what to put in it.nor how much.mainly i just wanna catch catfish.so if you have a good or best catfish recipe please inform me cause im lost.

That's easy.
The best dough bait ingredients are the ones that happen to work for you in at the particular waters you're fishing, at that particular time. But in general I'd go with chicken liver, velveeta, parmesan, and limburger cheese for catfish, and cornmeal dough with maple syrup and vanilla extract for carp. Or you can use simple sweet corn for both fish.
