Im looking for an 'all action' carp rod ?

Im after one that bends from the handle to feel all of the power of the carp - I have a budget of £50-90. What rods are available. Ive just bought a greys 7ft stalking rod which does exactly this but the 12-13ft rods are a bit pricey.

im looking at 2 3/4 test curve

I looked at the fox warrior es in the shop yesterday and thought it felt really good compared with the chub outkast for example and much lighter than the greys rods
