i had carp tunnel surgery the pain is bad?

i had surgery on my left wrist they removed carp tunnel out my hand and wrist i had 27 stitches and its pinched and stitches put threw it.an now since weds i've had a pulling stabbing pain that makes me cry.up to taking 2 lortab 7.5 every three hours my hands bruised and my fingers hurt ache like someones stabbing me doctor says nothing wrong my hand specialist and its been bleeding an got yellow drainage some one help me please don't know what else to do?

all i do is lay in bed with two pillows like the nurse showed me an pains still there told me no ice to keep it dry.its frustrating im laying in bed on a laptop hurts to move that arm
