30 inch 20-25lb grass carp is it a big grass carp?

I seen him while we were hunting geese in a swamp in eastern north carolina and I gave my friend my gun and ran it up in a dead end creek and wrestled him until we got in about 3 foot of water and was able to get my hands under his gills he put up a good fight. Would a skin or replica mount look better/last longer
