Does anyone know a good place to fish for catfish on the Arkansas River?

I am home from Iraq for two weeks and I want to go fishing for some catfish. Does anyone know a really good place to fish on the Arkansas River near Tulsa? Also, what bait do you use in that spot? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
