Default fish compatibility: red tailed shark, corydoras catfish?

I am trying to merge my 10-gallon tank with a 20-gallon tank somebody wants to get rid of, and need to know if a Red Tailed Shark is compatible with a Corydoras Catfish.

I want to move my fish to the 20-gal; and there won't be overcrowding.

they should be fine for a while. the older the shark gets the more territorial it will become. i'm having some problems with my red tail in my tank right now i may have to get rid of him because he is chasing around other fish that go by his area... kinda sucks cuz he is such a cool fish

Definitely not. Redtail Sharks are VERY territorial, and if and when the Cories get in the shark's way, they WILL be attacked, and you'll most likely find them with their barbels (whiskers) chewed off. It's just a bad idea unless you've got a 55 gallon tank where the Cories would have room to get away from the shark.
