What is an acceptable tip for a deep sea fishing crew of three?

I belong to a yacht club in Florida and get a major discount when I go deep sea fishing. I don't know what the regular rate is but I pay only $75.00 for 4 hours.

I know that the crew depends on tips as part of their wages and really appreciate their work but am not certain as to how much to tip them.

$50.00 seems too low but $300.00 seems too high. What are your thoughts?
