deep sea fish and pregnancy?

can anyone tell me some of the deep sea fish that we cant eat while being pregnant?

It's not so much deep sea fish - just big fish - tuna, swordfish, shark, etc. The high mercury content can cause miscarriage and other problems. Although you have to eat it quite a lot for it to be a problem - if you're going out to dinner every now and then and having a swordfish steak you'll be fine.. if you're eating 3 tins of tuna a day then stop now! The lower down on the food chain the fish is, the safer it is.
