Default wheat-free, additive-free organic, deep sea fish diet?

My doctor has advised me to go on a wheat-free, additive-free organic, deep sea fish diet. So i was wandering if anyone has any quick to make sweet snacks?
Crunch ones maybe.
but nut-free if possible
thanks

Deep sea fish naturally eat a wheat-free, additive-free, organic diet.

They eat organic matter that falls from above, or in hydrothermal vents.

I don't think it is a good idea to emulate the diet of a lantern fish, but I'm not a doctor.
