Using Traps
Sue - There are hundreds of millions of American Crayfish over here, the Enviroment agency says we should be catching them becuase they eat the native ones. On top of that there like little lobsters and right tasty. Send your boys out to get some for tea.

Oooooooooh Errrrrrrrr Phil not sure - Doubt it hun as No American Crayfish over here (or is there) all I know is both my 15 year old and my 26 year old have to renew their Fishing Licences every April or is it March !!

I watched a Gordon Ramsey program where he was catching American Crayfish in the Thames. He said you needed a licence, but he also added that they don't cost very much.

you will need a fishing Rod license if you go fishing with a ROD so why not try with out i.e. you own hands?
