fish aren't eating today?

African cichlids. they have always eatin alot but now have no interest in food. i tried switching them to pellets from flakes and they would barely eat the pellets, now to get them to eat i gave them flakes and they wont eat them either what the heck man?! there water temp is a bit lower then usual at 72 degrees (normally 80 but i was told 80 was too high ) n

have you changed the water laterly this may affect them otherwise the could be sick or the water conditions not right check to see if the fish are gasping more then normal if yes change the water i reccomend a water change anyway cause when my fish arnt eating i change the water then they eat

If you just recently dropped the temperature from 80 to 72 degrees in less than a week then that is your problem. Dropping the temp in a tank more than 2 degrees a day can cause quite a bit of stress. That would explain why your fish aren't eating.
