Default Can I bake catfish with fish Fry mix and it turn out okay?
I have Zatarain's fish fry mix and some catfish fillets. Can I bake the fish with the coating and it turn out right, or does it have to be fried? I am trying to do it just a little healthier. Anyone have any suggestions for oven temp or have any other tips for me?

It will be fine. Oven will be fine about 350 degrees but do not overcook. I prefer fried!!!!!!
