what is a good algae eating fish with african cichlids?

i have a frontosa, electric yellows and peacocks and want to know of a good algae eating fish to go in the tank. eg plec, catfish etc

Ancestrius plecostimus (sp?) is a good one. They grow large enough that the ciclids will leave them alone(coupled with the fact that they are very peacfull)

Because African Cichlids can only be with other cichlids it is hard to find tankcleaners to go along with them. I have 6 African Cichlids in a 55 Gallon tank, and as long as you have places to hide, tunnels and such for the algae eaters or catfish they do fine, I have one of each, and other than a little bit of "pestering" when my algae eater is on the glass, the cichlids haven't really done much to them. I bought a couple of the algae eaters from the goldfish tank at Walmart, but buy the biggest ones you can, that way your cichlids don't try to attack it. Cichlids are aggressive get to be about 6-8 inches and will kill smaller fish.
