grilled fish or canned tuna ?

iam doing bodybuilding to have a healthy lifestyle and to get rid of some fat i know omega-3 is essential that why iam taking some scoops of olive oil,
but my question is is grillwd fish or canned tuna preserve better nutrutions? (omega-3 and stuff)
