Why do I get a headache every time after eating fish?

I love fish but don't eat it often, 30 minutes or so after I eat any type of fish I get these terrible headaches.My Mom told me it was because I have some vitamin deficiency that fish has and my body lacks.Is worst when I eat salmon.Can someone help please?
