Is malachite green the same as victoria green in fish medications?

Is malachite green the same as victoria green in fish medications?

The product that contains the victoria green says it cures ick, but the other product with malachite green says it cures ick and other protozoan parasites. Is malachite green better than victoria green? I was just wondering if they are the same thing or not.
