Fish for dinner tonight, however...?

I had this awesome recipe for fish that was baked in the oven with mozarella cheese, cherry tomatoes.. olives.. but I do not have the recipe on hand, so I cannot pick up the things (if anyone knows a similar recipe share please!) =)

Soo I looked up another recipe -- this one is a halibut-asparagus stir fry.

Its halibut, asparagus (obviously) mushrooms, tomato, garlic, onion fried up with soy sauce .. (yummy) BUT there is nothing to go with it.

Any suggestions? Should I serve over some noodles??? Or rice??? What could I make to go with it???
