Default Do you have to change the water for salt fish?

How do you to do it us it the same like in a tropical tank
I use sand h ow do I clean the botome with all my and going away
do I add salt every time I change the water
if your going to answer me please be nice and spasific
how often do you change it and how muchdo you change
