I thought I saw it on a show that you put like plants or something in it and you didnt have to change the water because between the fish and the plants they cleaned the water.. can anyone give me more info if this is true?

I had a fish tank and you can buy a special filter that cleans the tank for you. You just have to change the filter which is super easy to do.
