Sushi, Fish, & Pregnancy??

I love love love sushi and found that I no longer can eat i t=( sad! I also love salmon and tuna. Any good advice on any types of fish or sushi I can eat that wont harm the baby?

Tuna and salmon are actualy ok to eat cooked properly. Tuna in a can should be in spring water not oil. Just watch for low mercury fish thats the safest bet.
