Frozen fish bits for cats?

Default Frozen fish bits for cats?

I have just bought some frozen fish bits for our cats from the local chip shop.Obviously they need to be defrosted first but should I cook them before feeding them to the cats?

1) Yes, cook them.
2) Please do not make this a sole food source.
