How many flakes should I feed my Neon Tetra fish in one day?

I am feeding my Neon Tetra fish on Nutrafin Max complete flake food for all tropical fish. I have six tetras and they eat every bit of flake they see. It seems that when I put more flakes in they eat those too and I wonder if they would even stop if I kept feeding them. I don't want to over feed them but I also dont want to be under feeding them. I have been feeding them 2 flakes in the morning and 2 flakes in the evening which i crumble up. I don't know if that is enough for 6 neons or should i be feeding them more than 4 flakes a day? Each flake is wafer thin and probably averages about 0.5 cm to 1 cm squared.

just find out how much thay can eat in two minutes or so and then give them that much. I've found I can see they've eaten to much because there tummies swell and they have to swim downwards to stay at the same level.

just feed them a pinch a day. (or twice a day)
