 Trying to figure out what disease my fish may have...?
I originally had two goldfish to which i've kinda grown attached but today my friend gave me three others from a project he had and he didn't know what else to do with them but to give them to me.
One of these fish has raised white spots about a millimeter big on the front edge of his top fin.
I looked up ich but the pictures i found made it seem like ich is more like small grainy white spots and these seem bigger and are only on the fin.
I also read about something called flex but im not sure if thats exactly it either
Im afraid that the fish is going to hurt my original ones.
any ideas for what the disease actually is and how to treat it?
i did put in a capsule of medicine thats supposed to take bacteria out of the water but idk if thats enough
