Default Smoked Golden Cutlets with a pat of butter (Fish - Cook in the bag)?

Having Parkinson's disease, I am always looking for easy and safe ways to cook.

Until recently, I was able to buy two or three smoked 'golden' cutlets that I cooked, simply by boiling them in the bag they were packed in.

Each pack had a knob of butter already sealed in the bag.

Who can remember them and are they still available?

I've tried TESCO & ASDA home shopping, but they are not listed.

Do you know who the maker was and who still sells them?
