As Kevin B stated, fly fishing for walleye is real tough.
Smallmouth and Pike can be had on a fly rod.
If you only have one outfit, I would suggest a 7 or 8 wt rod, weight forward floating line, and a reel with a good drag that holds alot of backing.
As for leaders, for smallmouth I would say a 9' leader tapered to 3x would suffice, for northern pike I would use a 7 1/2 ' leader tapered to 0x, that should be sufficient for the teeth. Neither fish is really line shy.
Flies: for smallmouth the tried and true clouser minnow - try different colors until you find what they like. Brown and black woolly boogers are also effective. If river fishing, target faster moving water with alot of rocks/boulders/ strucutre as smallmouth are ambush feeders. Surface poppers can be very effective also.
For Pike: the bigger the better. Large colorful streamers, clouser minnows, large zonkers and woolly boogers should take fish.
Try tossing the fly near the weedline and retrieving in short, violent strips.
