Default Cooking Trout???????????????

tomarrow i am cooking trout in tin foil on the grill any ingredeents i should add in will the fish???? any good side dishes or recipes for good side dishes???

Lemon juice is always good for grilled fish. Some people like orange juice as well.

Baked Trout.
Remove head and tail and make two or three slices to the bone in each side.
Sprinkle with salt and some lemon juice. Place on, a bed of lemon slices, (from the lemons you have squeezed for the juice) on a piece of tinfoil.
Fold into a parcel and bake at 170C for about 15-20 minutes depending upon size.

I would serve with roast parsnips yams and potatoes, with something green like peas or beans steamed.
